Our Mission
The Youth Aviation Talent Search program identifies and assists youth from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to address the future aviation workforce shortage.

Career Exploration
Program is offered to Georgia area youth grades 6-8. Students are introduced to aerospace careers and encouraged to enroll in the Georgia High School Aviation Pathways. The student will explore aerospace careers as well as meet aerospace professionals.
GET STARTEDSTEM Education
STEM Workshops are offered to Georgia area youth grades 6-12 and their parents. STEM education is the intentional integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and their associated practices to create a student-centered learning environment. Volunteers from Industry will present/demonstrate aerospace career field.
GET STARTEDPostsecondary Exploration
Program is offered to Georgia High School grades 9-12. This program will provide aerospace career exploration, counseling, mentoring program, workshops, information on postsecondary institutions; education or counseling services designed to improve the financial and economic literacy of students.
GET STARTEDAviation Dropout/Homeless

As the commercial aviation industry navigates an uneven global recovery from the recent market downturn caused by COVID-19, effective training and an adequate supply of personnel remain critical to maintaining the health, safety and prosperity of the aviation ecosystem.
Long-term demand for newly qualified aviation personnel remains strong, as 612,000 new pilots, 626,000 new maintenance technicians and 886,000 new cabin crew members are needed to fly and maintain the global commercial fleet over the next 20 years.
